Felt miserable working there. They keep expanding without any idea about the way things run and you are not at all valued as a manager. You have no say in anything. All they do is keep expanding and not make improvements to older centres. Extremely micro managed and head quarters themselves dont know what their roles are and as a big global organisation they are not at all organised. Continue like this and you will fail! Get your act together and value your staff more. Dont just keep boasting about your useless training session which are not even NESA accredited and are just repetition.
