the standard operating procedure is to hire recent college graduates and have a seasoned person train them and then turn around and "layoff" the seasoned person - keeping the recent college graduate who has no experience. On top of this practice leadership is reducing benefits, salaries and bonus while the CEO received a 10% raise this fiscal AFTER laying off 12000 employees due to the economy.
