My experience at Michelin Dubai has revealed a troubling bias in leadership, favoring Indian employees while disregarding the contributions of others, regardless of their performance. This bias has led to the unfair dismissal of talented individuals from different nationalities, creating a toxic work environment where favoritism thrives. Moreover, the leadership operates more as puppets, lacking critical thinking and failing to address the genuine concerns of employees.
To truly foster an inclusive culture, Michelin France should consider sending representatives from the head office to oversee operations and ensure that no exclusive clubs exist among Indian employees. This would help address the imbalance and promote a fair workplace that values contributions from all nationalities, restoring trust and transparency within the organization.
