      Zero work pressure , one of product based companies to plan retirement tenure. Good culture and subsidised lunch So many sides to explore

      Cons

      Slow career growth as you need to be in each department for 3 years, if good at network then can speak and doable. Process is slow towards things wrap up cycle

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
