Big brand name with low staff engagement - Marketing Michelin Employee Review

Salary below market, poor management, there is not training or induction in place and local MD doesn't care about customers and staff and lack of communicate with staff members. Managers won't have time to discuss team issues or spend quality time to understand team members requirements/queries. There is not ROOM for innovation as Australia depends on HO in Thailand.
