      Great work - life balance, opportunities to work with great people and travel a little if in the right role. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Complicated internal structure, lower pay (but that is how you get the work/life balance). France leads and therefore its hard to always understand decisions.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
