      Company Values are mostly in Displays and Papers when comes to Operating Staffs. No work-life balance. Career growth is only for who shakes head for the managers.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
