      Pros

      Great company to work for. Been there almost twenty years and have enjoyed it very much. Everyone is self managed which is a great idea.

      Cons

      The twelve hour shifts can be a real drag, especially at the weekends. Not much else wrong with the company.

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Cons

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
