Pros

The Hospital is fairly New & Close to Home

Cons

To spite years 9+ years of 4.6%+ of 5 % excellent evaluations. Being one of the foundation reasons the hospital even has a particular specialty program. Achieving the commendation of being Fired for doing a job the way management expected the job to be done. All the while never being sent for proper training. The department manager gossipped to peers the week before my dismissal about the plans of my demise. Never once speaking to me about the issue @ hand, Mind you I did the other duties as specified the way they expected me to it for the last 6 yrs., without the proper training. Be careful when you give your all! Appreciation is shown by firing you and ruining a lifetime of a positive reputation. Disheartened loyal employee!

Good pay for full time work. Many training opportunities.

Cons

I could not take time off for my pre arranged doctors appointments for myself without getting in trouble as a new employee.
