Pros
Great staff, very good health insurance, fair market wages, close to downtown. Would be a fine first job for someone straight out of college.
Cons
The individuals who are in management positions have no experience nor management skills. They hire great staff, however few of them stay long term. I was hired without a clear job description, and after a year of working there, still did not have one. The turnover is unbelievable. In my time working there, I watched 7 employees leave in 8 months. Many left with little or no notice. The work environment is extremely small, awkward, and you have no personal space. There is no office culture, mostly because there are no common areas for staff to co-mingle. Breaks are arranged so that no two employees can have lunch together. Management is controlling, micromanaging, manipulative, and overall suspicious of their employees. There is a feeling of distrust that permeates the place. They claim that they are all about "collaborativity/collaboration" but there is no collaboration-the place is basically a dictatorship. The only collaboration that I saw was between the members of upper management as they met on a daily basis to psychoanalyze their employees. There is no collaboration between management and employees/staff. The few who have been there longer than a year are incredibly difficult personalities to work with. No room for advancement. This is not a job for a career person, or someone with experience in the world. Also, the company wrote 4 of the reviews on this page.
