Initial call, then an interview, then an 'mutual diligence call".
I met four different people throughout the process.
I had trouble using Microsoft Teams, but other than that they were all easy calls.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about Salesforce experience as well as Microsoft suite and things like that. They also asked about my experience getting a grad degree myself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meridian University in Feb 2020
Interview
There were two video conference interviews. The first one was just asking about my resume, skills, etc. After that, HR asked that I review their staff handbook and bring any questions to the second interview. They also asked that I try some technical software before the second interview. The second interview was basically just addressing my questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
MU team was very interested in whether I had Salesforce experience and if so in what ways. Salesforce is the main software used at MU.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Meridian University (Petaluma, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview was a zoom meeting with an employee who identified himself as the university founder's son. He appeared to be conducting it from a co-working space. He seemed interested and engaged but we ended the conversation when it became clear my salary expectations were not a match for their hiring range.
