Pros
Close to home. Plenty of work to do to keep you busy. Lunch/Snacks are provided. Pay is great s well as the benefits. You can work remote twice a month or more. This is were the positives end
Cons
Were do i begin. It all may seem nice and friendly in the beginning but once your probation period ends is when it gets interesting Management are constantly micro managing Employees WILL quickly turn on you and throw you under the bus at every opportunity they get One mistake and its " well youve been trained on how to handle this ". Wrong Management in Hookset are fed lies by employees and management in Rosemont. You are monitored like a hawk for everything you do which is an invasion of privacy Bathroom breaks are timed. Im NOT KIDDING. Too many bathroom breaks and they want to know why. Again im NOT KIDDING Upper management will harass you for working too much from home . They do NOT care if you already have an agreement in place with your immediate manager Overtime is closely monitored and for good reason however if OT is approved you will do the OT yet upper management WILL want to know why No accountability You WILL be fired for anything. How you look, dress etc Upper management WILL come up with any excuse to get rid of you Covid hit and they let go the most talented employees me inclusive yet will keep other employees who have half the knowledge to do their given tasks Such a shame
