Merchants Fleet interview questions

I had 3 interviews all spaced about 2-3 weeks apart. From start to finish it took 2 months to get an offer. I had to continuously follow up with the recruiter and hiring manager. Interviews were conversational and did not feel like an interrogation.

First meet with the interal recruiter for a 1/2 hour conversation, then had a Zoom meeting with the VP of Sales / direct report, followed by an interview with the CEO, then another interview with the VP of Sales in person.
