Pros
The individuals were great to work with. I absolutely loved the clients I worked with, even when I would get frustrated. I know that they couldn't help it sometimes. My coworkers were also awesome. We always helped each other out whenever we could. The supervisors were also great and did everything they could to help us as much as they could within their power. I only give a 4 star rating for compensation and benefits because when I was there, the benefits were actually really good. The compensation, the actual pay, was very low, unless you got overtime, which you most likely would, but then you wouldn't have a life outside work.
Cons
The management was crooked and overbearing. They did not care for the individuals or what was best for them. Well, maybe some of them, but for the most part, the people that made the decisions, didn't care. They also didn't care about the employees and if we worked ourselves to death. At one point, myself and a coworker (not sure if they still work there or not) were the only two people working and keeping the house that we worked at full time running. Two people, covering 6 shifts, throughout the entire week, including weekends. We never had a life outside of work and basically lived at the house we worked at. I stuck it out though because I loved the people I was working with even though I was not getting paid nearly enough. At the time, and probably even now, they paid the lowest of all the DSP jobs around. What made me leave was when one of the office people lied to me and tried to gaslight me. I knew they were lying because I was in a meeting with all the office people where normally regular DSPs would not be invited, but I was for some reason, and I guess they forgot. Later on a phone call they said the exact opposite of what was said in the meeting. I didn't point out that they were lying and just started job hunting and left a week later after getting a new job. Definitely not a good place to work. They don't care if you are a decent person or not. They will take advantage of you.
