Where to begin:
The upper management does not listen to anything that you say, they would rather you keep your mouth shut and do the things that shouldnt be done rather then make the neccessary changes to ensure happiness across the board.
THIS company hires in some of the most disrespectful individuals as upper management and you have no where to go to discuss complaints, or to look to try to make a change.
You will have promises made that are completely empty.
When expressing concern, you get completely shot down.
There is a lack of communication across the entire company.
They will set individuals up and do inappropriate things, like accuse people of being on drugs, make them go to get drug tested and then not even apologize (WHICH if it is not required to have a drug test to work there- legally I do not believe they can make you go get drug tested)
Honestly, this is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for, I stayed the time I did because I do not leave companies after just a few months, but I will tell you, with the way this company handles everything, it will not be around long. Treat your employees with respect, stop trying to have more clients then you do staff just to bring in more money. It is disgusting. The turnover rate is insane with employees because people do not leave bad jobs, they leave bad BOSSES
