Pros
Most of the people are very nice and genuine. They have a desire to help their customers enjoy healthier lives while simultaneously enjoying a friendly environment.
Cons
Unethical management who steal or misuse the resources to line their own pockets or take fancy trips, buy cars, etc. Plus, inequitable pay structure and an unrealistic expectation for you to do more than you're paid to do. They take advantage of their employees and want to demand the world if you get a 25-cent raise while treating themselves to luxurious trips. It boils down to really bad leadership.
