Pros

Ontime salary Supervisor support Open for fresh grads

Cons

EXTREME micromanagement. You don't hear many praises but crucify you to death if a mistake was done through weekly meetings Low salary Honestly compared to other companies offering higher salary with WFH set up, starting and regularization salary here is a lot lower Claims to have good benefits but for a company that's in the healthcare industry, their benefits aren't too competitive The usual 13th month pay (which is given between two moths), barely even calling it a benefit since it is required by law, a low HMO offer, and very rare promotion opportunities, and a coupon for medicines that's only available at the website and is given every three months. When you ask for a raise or promotion, they make you feel like you have to save a life before earning it

Pros

I have been with MedGrocer for 3 years now, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. If you are looking for a workplace that balances fast-paced operational excellence with genuine compassion, this is it. The culture here is remarkably fair; decisions aren’t made on whims but are deeply data-driven, which makes the work feel objective and meaningful. One of the standout features of the company is the mentorship. There is a strong emphasis on focused coaching, particularly for specialists, ensuring everyone has a clear path for professional growth. For fresh graduates, MedGrocer is one of the best starting points you can find. You’ll be given real responsibility early on, but with the support system needed to succeed. It’s an environment that challenges you to be your best while keeping the patient’s welfare at the center of everything we do.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which is great, but it also means processes are constantly evolving. If you struggle with ambiguity or frequent updates to workflows, the learning curve might feel steep at times.
