I have been working for Matlen Silver for over 3 years and absolutely love it! The leadership within the company is outstanding and they truly care about the success of their employees. Our office culture is unlike any company I have ever worked for before. We have fun, we work together, we're passionate about what we do, and ultimately we are successful because of our teamwork!
