Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

Cons

That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.

Handful of people I worked with were really good people. I learned a lot about the staffing industry.

Majority of that people here are fake. Act as if we are a family and turn their backs on you the next second.
