Terrible executive committee - certain members scream at their subordinates for no other reason than to show them who's boss. Terrible HR - they work for the company, not for you. Underpaid - salaries are well below the standard industry rates, and you will be lied to to on the phone about the salary they're offering. High turnover rate - for the reasons above, anyone who can leave will, and that only leaves the bottom of the barrel or those who h e no choice. Due to all of this, there is a toxic work environment that stifles creativity and loyalty.
