Executive management has created a very toxic work culture and shows a disdain for their employees. Low morale and scared employees. There are executive members who have anger management issues. I witnessed management bragged about price gouging clinical trials. In addition, they have an elitist attitude and are a poor example. A do as I say and not as I do attitude. Turn over is astronomical. I saw several new employees leave before two weeks passed. H.R. is a joke and clueless too. If you are a professional seeking a company offering the basic level of professional respect and courtesy, then Marken is not the place for you. This is a sweat shop in today’s corporate America.

You need to read the many negative Marken reviews as they tell the toxic environment the executives don’t want you to know about. There are a lot of great employees that join Marken, but they leave quickly because of two things: the executives only care about hitting financial targets and keeping customers happy—not employees. They talk about training and empowering employees, but that’s just lip service. Try suggesting any new improvement to your department or demonstrate any expertise that challenges their stubborn way of thinking, and you’re out! Please be patient with your manager. It may seem like we’re giving you cr@p, but that stuff flows down from the execs, and there’s only so much we can deflect.
