Pros
The employees have great energy and really do care about the mission their role in clinical trials. There are some really great people to work with and for.
Cons
High turnover. There has been a breakdown of work/life balance over the years - there is no OFF switch. Everyone is perpetually busy and most issues need to be escalated before action is taken.
