Everything was great! One of the best companies!

No options for career building and promotion.

Mapi is forward thinking and really trying hard to embrace and implement change. Mapi is well-respected in certain circles where it is also considered a pioneer (eg author of ISPOR ghidelines). Mapi is trying very hard to modernize and gain market recognition for its considerable experience. Upper management is very close to the company and truly seems to care.

Mapi has not historically done a very good job of marketing its accomplishments and expertise. In my opinion, they have been much too humble and let companies with less of those come in and steal what could have been their thunder. It is a time of profound change and not for the faint hearted. Mapi does not have the name recognition it should related to its experience.
