      Challenging work in an interesting field, yet wasted by cynical and incompetent managers.

      Pros

      Goog working atmosphere with nice colleagues. Professional procedures, which is quite rare in the translation field.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable premises, deeply cynical and/or completely incompetent middle management, some burn-outs reported, accounting department awfully incompetent, helpless HR dept. Overbooked PM and assistant teams are motivated and highly qualified, they should be boosted, not granted fixed-term precarious contracts and insulting wages.

      Extremely unsatisfactory, in spite of my senior position

      Pros

      Very few worth mentioning. The only real advantage is that the business is a potentially lucrative one, and experienced people are paid very well in other companies.

      Cons

      Grossly underpaid and overworked staff. The top management doesn't want to recruit people, in spite of having plenty of money and lots of projects. The top managers are untrustworthy and there is no incentive or encouragement given to people who work hard.

      Fast promotions, flexibility to work remote as needed

      Cons

      Underpayment of staff, no on-boarding, no professional development/training opportunities, no mentorship, outdated business practices, unstable IT structure, ineffective budget and project management platforms, undersold projects, high staff turnover, high stress levels amongst staff
