      Young coworkers. Great teamwork spirit. Everyone is willing to help you across the firm. Your growth in the company is entirely up to you. Great anual increases. Great exposure with clients.

      Cons

      Low base salary. The project you are assigned to never match with your profile. Long hours (usually more than 10). Not a flexible structure that allows people to manage a life / work balance.
