Incentives are promised but not paid - everything seems to come with caveats and strings attached although it initially sounds like it's all going to be great. Penny pinching by the company. Pressure to constantly upsell to guests at every turn (with aforementioned incentives not paid even when you do). Low budget pizza parties as thank yous for "hard work". Some members of management treat staff very poorly. Company seems to be dead set on working with the worst interior lighting designers of all time, meaning that it is a constant source of complaints by and problems for guests. High staff turnover and a constant reliance on agency workers when they could just hire proper team members and pay people a little better. Hours/shifts are inconsistent too. Staff who do stick around are constantly overworked.
