      Pros

      While many praise the company, there are many others that were rejected out of discrimination. Do not support countries that have discriminatory internal policies.

      Cons

      You will not have a chance to teach if you are a person of color, country, cowboy-ish or other ethnic looking people, or with "slight accent" that Management biased classified as a non native or neutral speaking. Do not support companies like this in our country. Stay away.

      We do our best to treat every candidate fairly and equally. Candidates are equally evaluated based on personalities and teaching skills they present during the application process.       Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
