      Pros

      Work Independently and good facilities. Decent pay

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, I've some people just sit and watch TiK Tok but management don't even notice. Staff just go and have a beer at 10am if they want to. It's promoted as a fun work environment, which I guess it could be like that if you love drinking and carrying on like an imbecile in the office. But I wouldn't call it a professional workplace.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with people from around the world and fine tune my skills.

      Cons

      Drinking and if you don't you're not a part of the in-crowd, Unwanted advances from peers. I had several race based encounters. Degrading and dishonest leadership. My bonus was based on my managers performance. If I wanted my bonus I needed to drive them to be successful.
