Bonus was nice They had cake for birthdays Pay was Fortnightly Some colleagues were nice

Cons

Toxic culture came from the top down RETENTION IS APPROX. 60% so it was Churn and burn Meat factory I personally experienced my first mental health struggles thanks to my treatment here

The only pro is the other people you work alongside

Cons

The management needs a total overhaul. They are so incredibly unprofessional, sexist and cowardish. They sell career opportunity, however there is none. They spoke about how much they care about their staff in the interview - this just simply isn’t true. They also can’t retain their staff. People are also not remunerated fairly. No work from home or flexibility what so ever
