      Not much to add here - to be honest, I think the positive reviews are fake.

      Cons

      - Interns are not paid - Staff are overworked - Gossip is a daily occurrence - Leadership is generally lacking and work environment is dictated by the owners, which means its generally negative. - Now with a new job I can see how abusive the agency was.

      Great agency if you love creative work and want to learn quickly. You get to take on real projects, try new things, and actually see your ideas come to life. One of the best parts is the people you make real friendships here, and everyone helps each other out. Pros: – Lots of growth and hands-on experience – Supportive team – Creative environment – Made amazing friends
