Pros

Met some really great people who I worked with but were not innovative

Cons

Unethical company who was willing to commit contract fraud just to be in "good" with the customer who was ultimately fired from their job for committing contract fraud. In fact, MTSI broke federal law when I was the whistleblower and talked to the government investigator directly. They got rid of me which is retaliation and against the federal whistleblower act.
