Pros

- work from home policy

Cons

1. Higher management creates a lot pressure and unrealistic timeline to complete tasks which leads to 12-14 hrs of working, sometimes over weekends as well. 2. Less job security. Constant lay off in 2-3 years 3. Higher management expects to work late night and weekend without any compensation.
