      -Culture is very open, inclusive and vibrant. -Seniors are approachable. -Goals of Business are clear and shared to with us every year to align our department goals. -No Ratings/ No Bell Curve in performance appraisal- Which is fantastic!

      Gives too much levy hence people takes things for granted.
