I specifically worked at MOL-IT America, a separate subsidiary providing all IT development and support to MOL. Good benefits like "unlimited" sick days, annual health screenings.

Most of the technical writing was done in India. Let's just say the quality was less than adequate. Despite stated intentions, the NJ writers remained separated from development to our detriment.
