Pros
Pcubed employs people having various professional backgrounds, hence it provides an opportunity to learn from their experiences and look at things from a different angle. The atmosphere at Pcubed is fun, everyone is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Also, they are working extremely hard to get more deals in as well as ensure people are happy and they are developing their carrers they way they want to. Company provides all the required assitance whilst consultants are on a client site. Although not a very big company, Pcubed managed to establish themselves very well amongst the key players across few industries, and they keep winning more work. As a result, consultants can work on projects with the same clients that big consultancies work with, while being in a much more fun and supportive environment.
Cons
I have mentioned that atmosphere at Pcubed is fun, however it may not always be the case on a client site. Depending on industry, company culture, and people you work with, there is always a chance to end up on a project which doesn't have a particularly exciting working environment. I guess that is a nature of consulting work and it can happen anywhere. Also,sometimes Pcubed consultants may have to work on projects in smaller teams, which may be a challenge for some. However, it is a good chance to get greater exposure to the client people, create good relationships with them and manage more important parts or the project.
