* Many very critical technical people left the organisation.
* Turned into a remote corporate department from a startup setup. New CEO has assigned by parent company, like a department head assignment.
* Top-to-down decision making by parent company. Same reflects to internal decision making.
(for the rest my experiences limited with devops/testing department)
* Low salary
* Unqualified people in decision making roles.
* Relationship with managers are more important than skills and overall contribution to build a career here. People getting promotions without any productive efforts or contributions. Same goes for non-technical roles.
This is not a place you can shine with the value you created for the organisation. If you are still planning to apply for a position ,sharpen your office politics skills.
