      Pros

      On the positive side, the company offers some convenient benefits such as underground parking, the possibility to work from home, and flexible working hours. These perks make day-to-day work more comfortable and allow for better work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salary growth has been very limited. Over the past few years, only a small number of employees have received raises, and when increases do happen, they tend to be relatively modest. Overall compensation does not feel competitive compared to the current market.
