Pros
I don't see any right now.
Cons
Unfortunately there is a complete lack of leadership in the company. No one is clear on the direction of the company, both long term and short. There is no communication to the company and therefore disjointed information in each individual team. This leads to conflict and confusion as each employee hears different things. There is no professionalism in the company, it is riddled with politics and gossip. Those in charge of teams have little experience in decision making and management. Equating to poor decisions being made at the expense of those within their teams. No integrity within the company meaning everyone knows everyones news, be it personal or not. There is no investment in the employees of the company, no investment in getting the teams up to speed with what the company even does, let alone the wider industry changes. This means the teams are not fully competent to do their job, often confused about who's responsibilities is what, not confident in front of clients and ultimately not equipped to excel. The company is complacent and stagnant. There are no new exciting products, no knowledge sharing within the company and simply not keeping up to speed with market changes. There have been lots of team changes recently and great turnover, leaving holes in the organisations that they are desperately trying to cover. Lots of uncertainty about job security and such high staff turnover means possibly others have noticed the same points that I have made.
