Pros
They are investing in the physical assets and have nice facilities. They are loaded with cash after declaring bankruptcy and dumping their debt on all of their suppiers.
Cons
Most of the leadership that Jim Gallogly has put in place after he took over during the bankruptcy has no idea how to deal with people. They are bad about micromanaging their employees daily activities but do not provide organizational direction. They are continuously reorganizing and hiring cronies to replace existing employees rather than providing true leadership to the existing employees. The leadership is very secretive and cliquish. In the past 18 months they have driven away much of the technical staff and most of their good leadership. They continue to cut employee pay and benefits while rewarding the officers with outrageous bonuses and are proud of that fact. Their experienced technical staff has been driven away in droves and they are having a difficult time attracting new talent.
