      Lack of any transferable or marketable skills taught if you are working for Lutron GL Sales and services India. Average salary Too much politics and over the top buttering of higher management Will definitely overburden you with work Absentee Supervisors Too much emphasis on its history but doesn't even follow their principles

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
