Management or lack thereof. The only way you get put into a management position or more senior position is if you've been there 20+ years. Which, promoting somebody based on tenure and not ability is never a good thing. None of these "managers" are on the same page so make sure you cover your butt. Also they claim they are an innovative company, but that only applies to their product. They do not have remote work, flex scheduling, casual dress, etc. Finally they claim they take care of the employee, but honestly the pay is below average and the benefits are average to below average.
