Great product horrible company - Anonymous employee Lutron Electronics Employee Review

The business model is prime example of what not to do when studying a company. Only goal is a sales growth metric. The headquarters building is am embarrassment not only is it the middle of no where it looks directly out of Office Space. Starting pay is low raises are minimal and they make you feel like they are bending over backwards when they give a .5-1% raise. Supervisors are not held accountable, the open door policy is in name only. There is very little chance of growth, vacation time is a joke. Lutron continuously breaks one of their core values taking care of the employee nearly every day
