They give you a lot of freedom to take on varied responsibilities. There is also attention given to internal training which helps keep employees well-rounded and growing professionally.
Cons
Movement in the company and your performance is extremely dependent upon your supervisor. If your supervisor doesn't value you then your career suffers. HR pretends to care, but their clear lack of action proves otherwise.
