Company policy is generally favouring to employee. Great company overall.
Cons
Office politics by Snr and Mid level Managers. Micro managing people to the extend that they want to be told when go to the loo or nursing room. Intentionally scheduling meeting during break hours while they have theirs much earlier and condemning people for not staying back. No proper training and using of offensive language. Name calling. Very Low level behaviour with subordinates. Favorism is practised. Indirect threatening regarding performance reviews. Not allowed to go for lunch with colleagues of other department. If you don’t condone their behaviour, they will bully you. HR too didn’t get improvement done. I had no choice to leave, cause changing of departments will not be approved.
