Culture is very bad. Morale is terrible due to poor leadership and constant micro management.
Company invested in culture training by a leading Corporate Psychologist. Unfortunately, due to constant turnover at all levels it was a waste of money. New leaders come in with old techniques like micromanaging your every meeting, conversation and activities which is not collaborative, strategic or productive to growing revenues or retaining top talent in the company.
Commission structure very weak. Can change your quota at anytime even retroactively to reduce your commission payouts.
Focusing and forcing sales to focus on the wrong solutions where company cannot compete and win and doesn't have references like security. Reselling other solutions is not compelling nor cost competitive.
Forcing sales teams to do blind RFPs that cannot be won is not a winning strategy
