      Monthly only four days employees need to visit office which helps employees contributing efficiently and mindfully to work.

      The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

      Cons

      Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
