Leadership doesn’t seem to follow what they’re teaching specific to practicing Transparency, Trust, and Respect. As of 10/30/25 many employees received a phone they were impacted by a reduction in workforce, effective immediately.
I understand why there is a need to reduce headcount. But with no notice at all that a lay off was coming is a hard pill to swallow, especially as we’re approaching the holidays. In the past an email is sent asking if anyone has an interest in leaving. It seems these layoffs are the result of leadership over hiring and then laying of loyal employees (who have worked tireless hours without a raise).
Meanwhile…. Leadership is getting there large annual compensation while some newly laid off former employees are struggling.
