Pros

- Adorable, hard working and easy to get along co-workers. (They make going to work fun) - Food. - Easy, relaxed office environment. - Clean and well-maintained office. - Supportive sales managers.

Cons

- Extremely low pay for silicon valley and the nature of the job. ($11 during probation, close to $14 after probation.) - Vague communication in terms of pay. (They don't tell you like it is most of the time. You kind of have to guess from other co-workers.) - Work scheduled on weekends. - Horrible communication and practices in the Shanghai office. (You work with them and most of the time you are just cleaning up their messes.)

Pros

Good location and most of the co-workers are nice. Other than that really there has nothing good about this company. Wait, let me think....yep there is nothing, nothing at all!

Cons

The bad, there are too many to list. This might take me ten years to write, so i'll shorten it. First management sucks like there is no tomorrow. The higher management thinks they are Kings, whatever they say are the law and should be followed even though it does not benefit the company or are in moral standards. The lower managers are mindless generals following all the words of those useless kings. They know the judgement of upper management is wrong but they enact them anyways. Also if some of the lower peons refuse to listen or follow orders they get beheaded (fired) on the spot. I see many people come and go because of this reason. The body count each year is around 30 people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! unless you love being a slave and get lied to constantly just so that you will do your job and you love being yelled at in front of everyone on an daily basis. Oh I finally thought of something that is good about this company, This company makes any other company look really good. It makes working at McDonalds like an dream job.

Fake bad reviews for Lulutrip will make readers feel that they are left purposely by our competitors and we believe readers are smart enough to define how real your review is. We have less than 30 employees in our US office, including our CEO & COO, and we are not sure how can we have more than 30 people who have left us in 2016. We have a few employees who have left us, unfortunately, when they have not been selected under H1B sponsorship by US government. Lulutrip takes pride in providing the best service to our customers and over the years, we are unfortunate to have a few sales employees who have been dishonest and involved in fraud cases. These are serious crimes and employees will be fired and taken off our premise to protect our business after a fair and open investigation. We are a law abiding company and bullying illegal and against our company's belief. Thus yelling in the company is not acceptable. Management, in all companies, set the goals for the business and make difficult decisions. Goals are then communicated with our employees in order for us to achieve our targets to make us profitable. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with our employees, who we valued very much and try our best to provide the best working environment that we can.
