Not very inclusive where you’re able to voice your opinions, a very selective organisation. A lot of internal problems you’re expected to just get on with, and can’t discuss as you’re looked down upon! Opportunities consistently given to those who are favourited rather than based on work ability. Overall the culture, work and management was not good. I did not feel valued at all.
