I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lucid Group (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
X1 45 minute interview with x1 person from leadership team
X1 2.5hr interview with presentation involves a timed task and panel style interview on outputs of that task. Typically one account and one leadership team member
During my interview with Lucid Group, I raised a question about their company culture, specifically addressing some of the consistent negative feedback I’d seen on Glassdoor. The interviewers seemed visibly caught off guard and defensive; their body language shifted immediately, and they relied on scripted, generic answers rather than providing real transparency. Furthermore, when the conversation turned toward advanced technical strategy, they struggled to keep up, offering client-facing 'fluff' rather than actual channel expertise. It became clear there was a significant gap between their pitch and their actual operations.

Question 1
The recruitment process consisted of two stages. The initial screening was a cultural fit interview focused on soft skills and interpersonal qualities. This was followed by a technical interview that delved into specific job competencies, daily responsibilities, and my professional background.
Calm and straight to the point. A lot of the questions pertained to work style and pharma agency experience that I had prior. As well as time management. It was also a quick recruiter then interview process rather than something that lasted a month
